Reservation requests
Submitting a request saves a pending reservation. Your request is not a confirmed booking and no payment is taken through this form. The Via Cairo team confirms availability, final inclusions, pickup details, and any payment arrangements directly.
Confirmation
Bookings should be confirmed at least 48 hours before the trip via WhatsApp or email. Contact [email protected] or +20 102 873 1918.
Cancellation and refunds
We do not yet have a finalized, verified cancellation/refund policy. Ask reservations for the applicable written terms before confirming or paying. No automatic cancellation or refund is promised.
